Today I was blind sided by a message we had received from a confused customer. In this message the person was upset to find out that we had broadened our horizons and made the transition to a more communal environment. Their fear was that we are becoming too public and we might be loosing our foundation. They longed for the good old days, when we where just a humble little shop down at 35 West Colton, giving discounts to those that rocked our sticker on their ride. To tell you the truth, this was a bit troubling to me. Maybe in the hustle of it all our intentions where being misunderstood, so after some thought I gave our response...
THE RESPONSE
Rest a sure little buddy, we are still the same OG's.
Ain't nothing but progress over here, and after almost 11 years of keepin' it "REAL" it is rightly so.
Im sorry you feel the way you feel, but there comes a time when any good things has it's success.
Trust, we stay rooted.
In fact, it is those roots that make us who we are today.
A wise man once said; "Don't hate the successful, admire them for their achievements and learn from their strategies."
I am glad to know that we had such a positive effect on you in the past.
Come thru anytime and we will still honor your sticker as well as hook you up with a free shop tee.
Don't worry man, we're still on our shit, we just have bigger goals now.

Ha little man speaks truth son! I remember about 4 years ago when I got introduced to H.S. The homboy rob hooked it up with some H.S. gear and from then I met dave.. and here I'am now. Workin at the Headstone in Mo Val lol... H's UP!!!
